Application
The BGB-D coating machine is mainly used in medicine and food industries. Meeting GMP requirements, it is a kind of mechanically and electrically integrated coating equipment with high efficiency, energy conservation, good safety and good cleanliness for organic film coating, water soluble coating, dripping pill coating, sugar coating, chocolate and candy coating.
Features
▲The streamlined diversion plate improve the rate of finished products, reducing broken edges. The narrow upper surface of the diversion plate design improve the adhesion of excipient, saving the excipient and improving medicine quality.
AThe constant pressure variable peristaltic pump is used to replace the return flow. The rotation radius of the pan changes with the change of pressure, the output solution and spray volume are automatically balanced, the spray system is optimized, the blocking of the spray gun is avoided, the excipient is saved. Easy to clean without any dead corners.
▲It adopts the new type spray gun with even atomizing, large spraying area, adjustable direction. The nozzle is not affected by the loading volume, the anti-blacked device can ensure continuous coating, shorten coating time and save coating excipient.

▲Both film coating and sugar coating are available
A Ex-proof system/ dehumidifier system / CIP system are available
▲It adopts HMI and PLC automatic control system, can optionally comply 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
