Application
This machine is primarily used for the online cleaning of equipment during the production process of solid dosage forms. It is designed to be used in conjunction with fluid bed dryer, coating machine, rapid mixer granulator, and other equipment. It is also suitable for cleaning industrial equipment in the pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical industries. It is a cleaning device designed and manufactured in accordance with GMP requirements.
Working Principle
The machine consists of a booster pump, heat exchanger, water storage tank, and control system. The booster pump pressurizes various water sources to clean the inner surfaces of the equipment. Hot water is generated by heating tap water through the heat exchanger. The cleaning agent is added in a controlled amount through valves and mixed before entering the booster pump. The cleaning process is set according to the process requirements. After cleaning, compressed air is introduced according to the program settings to dry the pipes. The equipment can then be dried and reused for production.
