Product Overview

The AB Valve, also known as Split Butterfly Valve or αβ Valve, is a critical containment solution for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical industries. It consists of two units: an active valve (mounted on mobile containers) and a passive valve (mounted on fixed equipment). When docked, they form a sealed connection that allows safe transfer of powders, granules, or sterile materials between containers without exposing the product or operators to contamination .

Our AB Valves are designed to meet the highest containment standards, achieving OEB5 level with dust leakage limits of OEL <1μg/m³, ensuring both product integrity and operator safety .
